We work with our clients to design menus that are tailored to each specific event. From elegant dinner parties to casual luncheons, taking into account the full spectrum of personal tastes and dietary needs, we are able to accommodate our clients' wishes and delight their palates. We will be happy to assist you in designing a personalized menu based on your individual needs. You may view some of our sample menus to give you an idea of where to start your planning. It is recommended that catering arrangements begin as early as possible, at least two to three months out, but no less than 30 days prior to the event, and must be finalized two weeks prior to the event.
To finalize arrangements, a confirmation and food service contract, which must include details of the menu and service to be provided for the function, must be signed by the person authorized to sanction the expenditure of funds for the event and sent to The Faculty Club.
We regret that you cannot provide catering services personally; nor can you contract for these services with another supplier. Due to insurance restrictions, no food shall be removed from The Faculty Club by the patrons or attendees. All evening and weekend events must meet a food service minimum. In addition to the menu prices, catering service charge and state sales tax will be added.
