Conditions of Membership

As a member, I agree that all statements and invoices are due and payable upon receipt, to submit full payment of the amounts due upon receipt of an invoice or statement, and payment of a late charge of $10.00 per month on all amounts owed and not paid within 60 days will be applied to my account. I also understand that I am liable for all charges and dues through the month of resignation as a member and that resignations are effective on the last day of the month in which written notice is received by The Club. I also understand that this membership is non-transferable.

Please note that Family Recreational Memberships include recreational privileges for family members that are included by name on the membership application.

Pool guests are limited to four on any one occasion, for a charge of $1.00/guest. Please complete a Pool Guest Slip and deposit it in the box provided in the locker rooms. You may hold a pool party to include more than four guests with advance approval by The Club's Office Manager.

Departments, Institutes, Business, Not-for-Profits, Associations: I understand that this account is for official business only. Up to six (6) authorized signers may be assigned to this account; a fee of $10.00 per month will be charged for each additional signer. All transactions must be billed to the membership account to receive membership discounts. Any transaction paid with cash or personal check will not receive the membership discount.

Sabbatical Leaves

If you are going on sabbatical or taking an official leave of absence from the University, you will continue to be assessed monthly dues unless you notify the Office staff in writing prior to the effective date of your leave. Membership can be suspended for up to one year with this advance notice. You are responsible for any charges for dues or other services assessed to your membership prior to notification.

You can submit this application in any one of three ways:

  • Online: Complete the form and press the submit button. We will begin processing your membership upon receipt of the application; the membership will be activated upon payment of the membership fee and first month's dues. You can either mail the payment or bring it in to the office during office hours.

  • By mail: Print out this application, sign it, and mail it with your check to:
