It is recommended that catering arrangements begin as early as possible, at least two to three months out, but no less than 30 days prior to the event, and must be finalized two weeks prior to the event. To finalize arrangements, a confirmation and food service contract, which must include details of the menu and service to be provided for the function, must be signed by the person authorized to sanction the expenditure of funds for the event and sent to The Faculty Club.
We regret that you cannot provide catering services personally; nor can you contract for these services with another supplier, with the exception of wedding cakes. Wedding cakes brought into The Club are subject to a service charge and state sales tax.
Due to insurance restrictions, no food shall be removed from The Faculty Club by the patrons or attendees.
All evening and weekend events must meet a food service minimum. In addition to the menu price, a catering service charge and state sales tax are added.
All bar arrangements must be made through The Faculty Club. We offer a wide range of beverage services and work closely with clients to accommodate their specific needs. Should you choose to, you may prearrange and contract with us to bring in wine and/or champagne to be served at your event. A per-bottle corkage fee will apply to all opened bottles; this charge is subject to state sales tax. Unopened bottles will be returned to you at the conclusion of the event.
